    Dr. Caroline J. Cederquist is a board certified bariatrics specialist (a medical weight managment specialist) who created the Bistro MD dietary plan using nutritionists and chefs. Dr. Cederquist developed the meal delivery service to combine weight management and nutrition for the busy lifestyle.
