What Herbs Help You Lose Weight?

There are multiple herbs available that can help the human body lose weight. There are many different ways the herbs work. Some of the herbs are stimulants that increase your metabolism, some are diuretics that help you excrete more water through urine output, some are cathartics that force the evacuation of fats from our body, and finally there are appetite suppressants that make the body feel full or feel full faster.
