Losing weight quickly for a party requires you to develop a strict diet and exercise plan. It is vital that you lose the weight in a healthy manner.     Perform an aerobic exercise every morning for at least an hour. Exercises, such as running, walking, jogging, swimming and dancing, are helpful for burning calories. Shed weight by engaging in some of your favorite physical activities, such as basketball, throwing Frisbee and boxing.
