The Brinkley Diet

Christina Brinkley is very healthy at the age of 55. Her exercise and diet plan are the keys to her healthy success. By exercising and eating properly, she is able to lead a very healthy lifestyle.     There is also a healthy amount of fruits in her diet, including berries and avocado.
    She also enjoys yogurt mixed with nuts for breakfast or a healthy snack during the day.

    For breakfast she likes to keep her meals light with things like yogurt, berries and other mixed fruit. A good breakfast is key to getting a healthy start to your day.

    At lunch time she includes vegetables into her diet including salad, avocados and other green vegetables. She also adds protein by eating beans and other healthy sources of protein.

    For dinner, she includes healthy sources of fat and protein such as fish and grilled chicken. There is also a healthy amount of vegetables and grains to round out a healthy diet.

    You can start a healthy diet plan by following the same guidelines as Christina Brinkley by eating foods that are low in calories and carbs, including plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet; eating foods that have little to no preservatives or additives in them; and eating meats that are low in fat, like fish and chicken.

More Than Just Food

    The Brinkley diet is about more than just food. Christy Brinkley keeps herself healthy and fit by not only eating healthily but also exercising. She goes to the gym three or four times a weeks and also fits exercising into her daily life. She will do squats while pushing a shopping cart and do yoga while cooking. There is never a good excuse not to exercise.
