Vegetable Juice to Promote Health

Choose your vegetables wisely. Avoid beets and carrots which contain more sugar.
2Wash all the vegetables thoroughly before juicing.
3Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces to make them easier to juice. Do not remove the skin as it contains most of the nutrients.
4Puree the vegetables in your blender or juicer.
5Enjoy! You are eating your vegetables the easy way.
