How to Make Vegetable Juice

Vegetable juice is an excellent source of the necessary vitamins and minerals our bodies require daily. It is easy to make, and you can drink it on the go. Also, vegetable juice will not spike insulin levels like most fruit juices. Add this to my Recipe Box.

    Choose your vegetables wisely. Avoid beets and carrots which contain more sugar.

    Wash all the vegetables thoroughly before juicing.

    Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces to make them easier to juice. Do not remove the skin as it contains most of the nutrients.

    Puree the vegetables in your blender or juicer.

    Enjoy! You are eating your vegetables the easy way.
