How to Lose Weight Really Fast Without Medicine

The secret to rapid weight loss without medicine is no secret at all. The key is to burn more calories than you consume on a daily basis. For example, if you eat about 2,000 calories a day, you need to burn more than that to lose a little bit of weight each day. It's perfectly safe-- much safer than taking any type of diet pill--as long as you don't starve yourself by attempting a fad or crash diet that tells you to only eat cabbage soup for a week. Eating healthy and exercising consistently will result in significant weight loss in as little as a few weeks.

Weight training is best if you want to build muscle, but cardiovascular exercise is essential if you want to burn excess fat. Jogging and power walking around your neighborhood are excellent workout choices, especially if you can't make it to the gym.

A body wrap is a procedure that involves wrapping the abdomen, hips and thighs in elasticated bandages that have been soaked in amino acids and herbal extracts. Wraps will help you drop excess water weight and a few pounds with every use. This is more of a temporary solution so make sure you continue to eat healthy and get lots of exercise.
