Trying to lose weight can be a constant battle. Sometimes a dieter gets a craving, and not satisfying that craving may actually make her eat more. Many popular diets have weekly cheat days or allow an occasional splurge. Surprisingly, it is possible to eat cake when you're dieting and still lose weight.
