How Do Models Lose Weight Fast?

    A model's old stand-by to weight loss is huge calorie-cutting. Many models start a "cleansing" diet of fruit, vegetables and juice. In fact, many of them decide to eat only one meal per day, while drinking juice or water for the rest of the day instead of eating. Naturally, they avoid junk food and alcohol like the plague. Their virtual "juice fast" enables models to lose up to 10 pounds in water weight and be slimmer in time for their photo shoot or runway appearance.

Unhealthy Methods

    There is some merit to the claim that models smoke cigarettes and use cigarettes to curb an appetite. To lose maximum weight, models may chain-smoke instead of eating square meals, which enables them to rapidly lose 5 to 10 pounds of water weight. Some models may also take appetite-curbing diet pills, which can sometimes make them feel nauseous around food and keep them from eating.

Exercise

    Models may also use exercise to lose weight rapidly, fortifying their exercise routine by increasing their weight resistance to build more muscle, thus increasing their metabolic weight. They may also run an extra mile on the treadmill to speed along fat-burning. Greater exercise also means they burn more calories, and thus feel hungrier. To compensate, they might eat a healthy, basic diet of low-fat proteins, fruit and vegetables.
