Apples are low in calories and loaded with vitamin C. Apples are also low in sodium and contain fiber. All of these benefits will assist in your weight loss.
Considerations
Apples from a supermarket can possibly be sprayed with pesticides. Before eating the apple, wash it and scrub your apple.
Misconceptions
People might tell you that eating too many apples could be bad for you. This is not true. You can eat as many apples as your caloric intake will allow. A small apple is 55 calories.
