In this world of low carb diets, sometimes you just crave a good home cooked pasta dish. When I get a craving for spaghetti and meatballs but I don't want all the fat and calories, I use this healthy alternative. Recipe serves 4. Add this to my Recipe Box.
Instructions
Meatballs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2Mix turkey, rosemary, salt, pepper, oregano, and bread crumbs together and form small meatballs.
3Place meatballs on cookie sheet and cook about 25 minutes, or until done on the inside.
Spaghetti

Bring water to a boil in large pot. Add salt to water in order to season the pasta.
5Add pasta to water and cook for 7 minutes, or until they reach desired consistency.
6Drain pasta into colander and run under cold water for a few minutes.
7Add pasta sauce, and meatballs to large pot and stir.
8Serve and enjoy!
