Finding something to chew on that is low or no calorie, inexpensive and easy to make may be the solution. Eating ice at these times may help you to lose weight.

Losing Weight with Ice

Crush ice in ice crusher. Do not eat whole ice cubes, as they are bad for your teeth.
2Place crushed ice in cup. Clean ice crusher. Refill ice cube trays for further use.
3Eat crushed ice when you feel cravings for food or wish to munch on something.
4Continue other easy steps to losing weight such as eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise.
5When you have lost weight or no longer feel the need to munch on something, stop eating the ice.
